We are a software company registered in England and Wales, with our registered office at 66 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NA. We are a budgeting software and organisational tools business. 2. What Data We Collect

We collect the following categories of personal data: Identity & Contact Data: full name, email address, phone number, postal address, and account login credentials. Financial & Billing Data: subscription billing records, payment confirmation, and invoices. Payments are securely processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not store, access, or retain full card numbers, CVV codes, or banking credentials. Stripe handles all payment data under their own PCI-DSS certified infrastructure. Usage Data: IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, session duration, and interaction data collected via cookies and analytics tools. Communications Data: messages submitted via our contact form, support emails, and any correspondence with our team. Registration Data: contact details submitted voluntarily via our sign-up forms before an account is created.

3. How We Use Your Data

4. Payment Processing — Stripe

We use Stripe, Inc. as our authorised payment processor for all subscription billing. When you make a payment: • You are redirected to or interact with Stripe's secure payment interface • Stripe collects, stores, and processes your card details under their own Privacy Policy • We do not receive, store, or have access to your full card number or CVV • We receive only a payment confirmation token and billing summary from Stripe Stripe is PCI DSS Level 1 certified. Stripe processes payments on our behalf under a Data Processing Agreement in compliance with UK GDPR.

5. Cookies & Tracking

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies on our platform. These include: Essential Cookies: Required for the platform to function (authentication sessions, security tokens). These cannot be disabled. Analytical Cookies: We use analytics tools to understand how visitors use our platform, which pages are most visited, and how to improve user experience. 7. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to: • Maintain your active account and subscription • Comply with our legal and accounting obligations (typically 6 years under UK tax law) • Resolve disputes and enforce agreements Upon account closure, we will anonymise or delete your personal data within 90 days, except where retention is required by law. Billing records and transaction data may be retained for up to 7 years for financial compliance purposes.

Subscription Billing — Important Information

Monthly plan: £26.99/month — recurring monthly billing, auto-renews every month until cancelled.  | Annual plan: £200/year — recurring annual billing, auto-renews every 12 months until cancelled. Cancel anytime via Account Settings or by emailing support@householdbudgethub.co.uk. No cancellation fees. 14-day cooling-off period on first payment. Payments processed securely by Stripe.

Our services: Emergency call-outs for household electrics, boilers and televisions, plus repairs for garden and kitchen appliances. Maintenance plans include an annual PAT test, annual boiler service and an annual full update service for TVs and appliances. Parts are quoted separately before work begins. Domestic properties only.
